Cookie policy — Magic SPA

1. What we store on your device

This site uses only what it needs to work, unless you agree to more. Strictly necessary items are stored in your browser’s local storage and do not require consent: the contents of your bag (ms_cart), the country and currency you chose (ms_locale), your language choice (ms_lang), the contrast setting (ms_contrast), whether you have already seen the newsletter invitation (ms_signup), your cookie choice (ms_consent) and, if you came through a friend’s link, the referral code of that link (ms_ref, kept for 30 days). Strictly necessary cookies, which also need no consent: your sign-in session (ms_sid for customers, ms_bid for business partners; up to 30 days, or until you sign out) and, after you follow a friend’s link, an identifier that lets us apply the friend’s discount to your first order (ms_vid, 30 days). The session cookies cannot be read by scripts and hold no personal data, only a random identifier. Items in local storage stay on your device until you delete them.

2. Marketing measurement, only with your consent

If you agree in the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, which last up to 90 days, and lets us measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising works. If you choose “Only what is necessary”, nothing is loaded from Meta and no marketing cookie is set. We use no other analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Payment pages

When you pay, the payment provider you choose (PayU, Stripe or PayPal) may set its own cookies on its secure pages, which it needs to process the payment and to prevent fraud. These are governed by that provider’s policy.

4. Changing your choice

The banner lets you accept or refuse marketing measurement with equal ease; nothing optional is switched on in advance, and browsing, scrolling or closing the banner is not consent. You can change your choice at any time with the button on this page, as easily as you gave it. We keep your choice and the time you made it on your device, so that we can respect it and show that consent was given.

You can also delete stored data or block cookies in your browser settings; the bag and your saved preferences will then be reset, and the banner may appear again. A new purpose that needs your consent is never switched on simply because this page was updated.
