Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use the Magic SPA online shop, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier or voice control. This statement covers the e-commerce service at magicspa.ro in all its language versions: browsing the products, the bag, the checkout, the account and the withdrawal function. We assess the service against the requirements of Law no. 232/2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882, using the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our technical reference.

What we have done

Every page can be used with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip to the content. Text and controls meet the contrast requirements, and a switch in the footer offers still stronger contrast. Every image has a text alternative in the language of the page. Pages reflow without horizontal scrolling down to a width of 320 pixels and at 200% zoom. Forms have visible labels and announce errors in text. Motion is reduced when your device asks for it.

Status and known limitations

Status at the date of this statement: partially conformant. Our own evaluation found no barriers in what it covered, but it has not yet included testing with screen readers by people who use them every day; we will add it and update this statement.

Payment takes place on the pages of the payment providers, whose accessibility we do not control. Photographs of product labels contain small printed text; the information on them is repeated as text on the product page. If you find another barrier, please tell us.

Details of your device or assistive technology help, but we never ask you for a diagnosis or for proof of a disability. We reply within 15 working days and, if you need it, we give you the information or take your order in another way; this help does not replace our duty to remove the barrier.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro, which supervises the accessibility of e-commerce services in Romania.

About this statement

This statement was prepared in September 2026 on the basis of our own evaluation of the site: automated checks of every page type at eight screen widths, keyboard testing and contrast measurement. We review it at least once a year and whenever the site changes substantially.
