Legal guarantee of conformity

Your legal guarantee

Every product you buy from us as a consumer is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, at no extra cost: for at least two years from delivery, the seller is liable if the product is not in conformity with the contract. You may ask for the product to be brought into conformity free of charge, by repair or replacement, and, where the law provides, for a price reduction or for your money back. The European Union’s harmonised notice

From 27 September 2026, sellers in the European Union display the harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity, in the form laid down by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960. The notice is published by the European Commission in every official language and appears on this page.

Commercial guarantees

We do not offer a commercial guarantee of durability in addition to the legal guarantee, so no product in this shop carries the harmonised label for such a guarantee.
