A concentrated oil: do not apply it directly to the skin. Check that the label permits use on the skin, and follow the dilution and precautions it gives.
Concentrated oil. Never apply undiluted and never add to a child’s bath. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. Some citrus oils may be phototoxic: follow the label’s precautions on sunlight and UV exposure exactly. Not to be swallowed; if swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. If you are pregnant, nursing or under medical care, ask a professional before use.

How to use it
- In the airIf the label permits use in a diffuser, follow both the dosage on the label and the device instructions. Keep the room ventilated and do not diffuse continuously.
- In the bathDo not add it directly to the water. Use it in the bath only if the label permits, and only in a suitable dispersing bath base at the stated dilution. Plain carrier oil does not disperse it in water.
- On the skinUse it on the skin only if the label permits, at the dilution given for this particular oil rather than a general recipe. Never apply it undiluted.

We make bath products, not medical ones, and we make no claims about use during pregnancy. Ask your doctor or midwife before using any product that contains essential oils.
Follow the instructions for the oil and for your diffuser or other device. Do not swallow essential oils or apply them undiluted to the skin. Do not pour them straight into the bath: essential oils do not dissolve in water, and a carrier oil does not disperse them evenly. For a bath, use only formulas and dispersing bases approved for that product. Do not add essential oils to a child’s bath. Follow any specific precautions, including those about sun exposure.
