Chapter 05 · The ritual
How to use it
- Run the bathFill the tub at 37 to 38 °C. Warm, not hot.
- Add the saltPour 300 to 600 g under the running tap, a quarter to half of the jar. Stir, and let the crystals dissolve completely before you get in.
- Stay fifteen to twenty minutesSet your phone aside and let the scent rise with the steam.
- Finish simplyRinse off as directed, pat dry, then rinse out the tub. Take care: the surface may be slippery.

The label says it best: 300 to 600 g per bath, a quarter to half of the jar, poured under the running tap. A 1250 g jar holds two to four baths. For Baby SPA the label gives 150 to 300 g; start with the smaller amount and check the age stated on the label.
Fifteen to twenty minutes at 37 to 38 °C, as the label says: long enough for the scent to open in the steam, short enough that the water is still warm when you leave it. For Baby SPA the label gives 36 to 37 °C and ten to twenty minutes. Get out sooner if you feel too warm or dizzy.
It depends on the surface and condition of your bath. Rinse the bath after use and clean it as its manufacturer recommends. If the surface is porous or damaged, check compatibility first. Baby SPA’s product description lists no colourants.
It depends on the formula. Our product descriptions list aromatic ingredients, jojoba oil and glycerin; some formulas also contain a foaming agent or colourants. For the full INCI list, always check the label of the product you choose.
The name Baby SPA does not by itself mean it is suitable from birth. Use it only if the label explicitly covers your child’s age and gives clear instructions. If that information is missing or your child has a skin condition, ask a paediatrician before use.
